The Opportunity
Atlassian sought to transform their disjointed series of events into a cohesive and impactful experience. They aimed to find a partner who could design, build, and execute an on-brand event space to captivate clients and prospects. Despite the pandemic postponing the event for two years, Atlassian remained determined to celebrate their brand and reconnect with customers. They collaborated with ProGlobalEvents to create a beautifully aesthetic and functional space for their team.
Our Approach
ProGlobalEvents designed the Atlassian Customer Success Hub, featuring a main 100’ x 100’ “Product Hub” and additional areas for product launches, demo stations, and networking. The space, spanning 136’ x 120’, showcased the Atlassian logo and three rings incorporating the brand’s signature blue and warm wood tones. Cylindrical LED walls displayed motion graphics, and interactive demo stations engaged attendees. Curved slat-wall sections with live plants added natural elegance, creating an inviting environment for exploration.
The Results
The Atlassian Customer Success Hub achieved outstanding results, providing an exceptional platform for launching new products and generating excitement. With over 50 demo stations and strategically placed interactive elements, the event facilitated easy navigation and engagement. The central support bar served as an information hub, while large networking areas with accented blue furniture offered comfortable spaces for connections. The event showcased Atlassian’s innovations and fostered meaningful interactions, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
