Synack, the premier security testing platform, leverages a vetted community of the world’s most talented security researchers to deliver continuous penetration testing and vulnerability management. This spring, Synack aimed to create a memorable marketing event at the RSA Conference that was high quality, innovative, and within budget. Seeking a partner who could bring their vision to life, Synack teamed up with ProGlobalEvents to craft a unique three-day experience at a restaurant, featuring panel discussions, gourmet dining, and entertainment.
Our Approach
Themed “Journey by the Bay,” the event was held at Fogo de ChĂ£o and featured bespoke event branding, customized interior fabrications, and themed dĂ©cor designed for productivity and engagement. The layout included an Innovation Point for meetings and demos, a Content Court for thought leadership sessions, and a Lounge Lane for networking. Guests were welcomed with whiskey-and-beef paired tastings, setting the stage for a series of engaging activities including panel discussions and live entertainment. Each day offered a unique blend of educational and networking opportunities, with highlights such as the Women in Cyber breakfast and the Exploits Explained panel, culminating in a happy hour featuring a live broadcast of a baseball game.
The Results
The “Journey by the Bay” event was a resounding success, generating significant ROI opportunities for Synack.
