Our Approach
This approach was impeccably executed at the recent Tastemaker Collective event at Fort Mason in San Francisco, hosted by IMG Culinary. Marketed as “San Francisco’s first nightclub for food lovers,” this sophisticated affair featured hand-crafted cocktails, innovative hors d’oeuvres, and a DJ spinning sets all evening. Upon entering the spacious venue, attendees were greeted by Michelin-starred chefs who conducted cooking demonstrations in test kitchens using local ingredients. The entire experience was designed to impress and engage a discerning audience, offering significant brand exposure to a highly targeted group.
The Results
Gourmet coffee company illy was one of the prominent sponsors of the San Francisco Tastemaker event. Instead of a traditional booth, they created a functional temporary café to serve their products to the discerning crowd. The ProExhibits-designed display was sleek and crisp, featuring quirky details like a stacked arrangement of novelty-sized espresso cups emblazoned with illy’s distinctive logo. This display was perfectly tailored to the tastes of influential foodies and trendsetters. By providing a chic espresso bar in an unfamiliar setting, illy ensured a memorable and successful brand experience.
