city spotlight

San Diego, CA

San Diego, CA is known for many things. There’s the fantastic weather, warm and sunny all year round, with fewer than 30 rainy days annually. In fact, real estate website Zillow ranks San Diego as having the best weather in the whole country!

Of course, the City in Motion has more going for it than its climate. It’s not known as America’s Finest City for nothing. Mile upon mile of sparkling beaches, attractions such as Balboa Park and Sea World, and the proximity of jewels such as La Jolla, provide plenty of reasons to enjoy a visit.

San Diego also has a reputation as the home of one of the biggest convention facilities in the country: San Diego Convention Center. It clocks in at 2.6 million square feet of space and is the home of annual events such as San Diego Comic-Con®, along with many conferences, expos, and trade shows. Other San Diego event centers include the tranquil Marina Village Convention Center in Mission Bay and the truly gorgeous Estancia La Jolla®, a combination hotel, spa, and corporate retreat.
