53′ custom mobile exhibit, double-expandable to 1,000 square foot interior
As a global leader in high-performance network security, Fortinet sought to leverage their brand, products and services through competitive advantages only mobile exhibiting provides. Efficiency was their primary objective, with the goal of accelerating engagement, increasing influence, and producing more sales within the U.S. marketplace faster than ever before. With ProGlobalEvents’ expertise and resources, Fortinet launched the “Fast and Secure Tour.” (Note: ProGlobalEvents is the new name of the ProExhibits Corporate Events business.)
Among the many design complexities presented by Fortinet was the need to support three dissimilar platforms within the vehicle interior, each optimized for a different business scenario. The first was a trade show display configuration; the second a classroom style setting; and the third an executive briefing center designed as if the visitor had arrived at Fortinet’s corporate headquarters. The traffic flow, product arrangement and necessary communication tools within each would vary substantially. Another challenge was the need to customize each visitor’s experience, depending on specific interests. In some instances, more fully educated visitors would want an unassisted self-tour. In others, visitors would want to engage Fortinet’s product specialists in a more relaxed environment to work through issues and be shown solutions. The overarching interior and exterior design development had to effectively reflect the company’s image plus their distinctive offering of custom, complete extraordinary solutions.
The vehicle was branded from top to bottom, inside and out. All aspects were coordinated to create a colorful, compelling presence whether the vehicle is moving down the road, showcased on the show floor or visiting a prospect’s location. Added to the interior is a whole array of technical innovation with the ability to mix and match, as with the furniture and signage, for each type of use. Screens project a video loop of product and company videos. Touch screen kiosks invite visitors to navigate through information at their own pace. Large smart panel boards allow whatever is written or drawn to be broadcasted and captured electronically. There are also a series of panels on the back wall to show visitors the breadth and width of Fortinet’s product line and available support. Teleconferencing capabilities are also available, with WiFi in the vehicle. Whatever the need, wherever the opportunity, Fortinet’s mobile exhibit has it covered.
The “Fast and Secure Tour” will connect prospects, customers, referrals and influencers to Fortinet opportunities in an extremely memorable, dynamic way while generating millions of advertising impressions. The company will gain a much higher level of engagement in any type of setting with many more decisions makers and influencers across the U.S. Fortinet can now establish dominance 365 days a year with a much higher return than ever experienced.
